„FlyDirect“ apžvalgos

Fly Direct are disappointed to note your comments, the Hotel has been featured in our Brochure for several years with little or no adverse feedback. As a result of your feedback we will monitor our feedback questionnaires closely and review the property for our 2015 programme. With regard to the cost of Sunbeds and Umbrellas on the beach,it is common practice to charge for these facilities unfortunately we have no control over the cost of these. Thank you for taking the time to respond, we take all comments positive and negative seriously and use them for forward planning with our brochure Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager

Thank you for taking the time to respond, we take all comments about our service and product very seriously, positive and negative and they are used in the planning of our future programmes. Delighted to hear your flights and overall holiday were enjoyable. It is not Company Policy to offer transfers from Malaga Airport to Marbella as a lot of clients hire a car for the duration or some part of their holiday. next year transfers will be included in the package Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager
