Too many people flights, massive queues, not enough check-ins to cope.

Smartwings flights too cramped and very uncomfortable. Long queues at airports.

Excellent service. Ease of travel from Guernsey via Jersey. Would be good to receive the itinerary a little earlier than 3 days before departure.

Perfection doesn't exist Mr. Le Couilliard :P We always advise our clients to check the check the spam emails folder as this is something that may happen. Regarding to the private transfer, unfortunately that's the way it works. On a positive note, we're glad you find our customer service attentive and helpful :)

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the apartment facilities. It is common in Spanish apartments to offer a 'kitchenette' to prepare snacks and light meals rather than a full kitchen. For future holidays if you'd prefer a full kitchen please do get in touch and we can try and source the right property for you. We hope that this didn't detract for an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Many Thanks for your feedback. Further to our correspondence whilst you were in Tenerife, your booking was confirmed to us at the time it was made. We understood that the hotel offered an upgrade to a pool view room as compensation for their error, but if this was not the case then please let us know so that we can take it up with them again.
