Delivery good but part was "bent". Due to cistern wall proximity, had difficulties in ligning up with free movement, and had to make a small spacer bar to gain free movement. Then works ok.
My order came as notified and instructions left with supplier with regards to leaving my order in a safe place were followed. The device works well and was easy to install.
Works very well, takes up little space. Easy to fit. Thumps when closing as in previous reviews, but this can be eliminated if the handle is held down for a few seconds.
Time will tell if it lasts.
