Your booking is showing as coming through a cash back site or voucher code site.

As per our terms and conditions we do not accept more than one discount/cashback request for each booking, so you cannot use the FHR customer discount as well as getting cashback or another discount. It seems likely you may have had more than one window open, searching the cheapest price for this too happen.
