Thank you for your feedback.

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park. When customers make a booking with FHR they automatically get a a payment receipt from either Worldpay or from PayPal.

From customer feedback we have learned that generally customers do not want to receive any more emails than they already get. We do however take your comments on board and we constantly try to improve our systems to make our customers lives easier.

For your information, you can now get copy invoices or confirmations by going to https://www.bookfhr.com/help/ and clicking on the relevant link, but an invoice showing payment made has been sent to you by separate email.
