FHR are the booking agent and not the car park, so unfortunately we have no control over the sign in process. I have however passed your comments on to PremiAir so they are aware of your disappointment.

My complaint was not about premiair. I haven’t been there yet. I use you on a very regular basis and get regular emails showing discounts. On previous occasions when I booked parking with you I simply clicked on a link from an email. Once I selected the parking I wanted most of the form was prepopulated with my details. On this occasion I had to fill out all of the info again (which wasted my time)and at the end of it you asked me if I wanted to register for discounts. Clearly the email link had taken me to your standard undiscounted page. Grrr

I'm from the technical team and it seems that on this visit, you clicked through to our site from an email sent in 2011.

The facility to pre-fill your details was only added to our emails within the past couple of years so if you use one of our more recent emails then your details will be pre-filled.
