The performance you’ve described does not sound typical for the fans purchased. We have sold countless units and are yet to receive similar feedback. Therefore, we suggest getting in touch with Ventair and discussing this with the warranty team as they will be able to determine if there is potentially a fault and respond accordingly. Alternatively, if you could take a video of the fans in operation and send it through to sales@fansonline.com.au our customer service team can assist you through this process.
