Hi Julie, sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the Baileys coffee pods. Can I ask specifically what it was that you did not like, such as too much/little coffee or Baileys flavour? Just to manage expectations as mentioned on the pack it is just a hint of flavour, so as not to overpower the coffee. However, the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive so I think there might be something more to this.
Can I ask how you prepared it...with the short or long shot
button? Did you follow the instructions on the back of pack? We strongly
recommend the short shot for the best extraction and taste. The flavour
intensity does depend on how you prepare it. I'm sure we can help get to the
