Thank you for you feedback. To clarify you purchased an annual policy that ordinarily permits policyholders to travel overseas with their bicycle(s) for up to 31 days per trip. After purchasing you called us to enquire whether cover could be extended for a trip lasting 49 days. We immediately referred this to our underwriters and unfortunately they were unable to extend your cover. So ultimately you have cancelled your policy as it does not meet your needs and we have provided you with a full refund. We are sorry that we were unable to provide you with the cover you required and that your purchase became problematic. We do receive a lot of positive reviews for our website in terms of how easy it is to use, so I can only think that on the day you purchased there were some isolated issues making it difficult for you to complete your purchase.
