HI Brian, Many thanks for taking the time to review us.Obviously we are disappointed to receive a 2 star review as we are consistently getting 5 stars for both our service and quality of products. As explained to you by email delivery takes 1 to 2 working days from receipt of delivery which is clearly stated on our website. Also preferred/exact delivery dates are not guaranteed which is also clearly stated on our website. You ordered your hamper on a Sunday and expected delivery to Dublin from Cork the next day. No delivery company that I know of picks up on a Sunday! Your hamper was shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday which is 2 working days as per our website. Either way we hope you enjoyed the hamper. Kind regards, John Lane Owner.
