and I'm glad that on balance you had a great time. My apologies for the transfer issues. Being candid, we have only fairly recently had to be involved in such a large amount of hotel transfers in this region and it's fair to say that at peak times we do not have it right yet. We are up against it because of the 'ribbon' layout and length of the region (over 140km between our furthest north and furthest south hotel) but we have targeted this as an area for improvement going into next year, with an overhaul of the system we currently use. Everything worked fine..from the pick-up at the airport, the hotel and the diving (boat and shore). The diveguides were very helpfull as well and everyone of them knows the sites and marine life...
