Hello Humaira, as discussed we are entirely at fault here. This is one of those orders where everything that can possibly go wrong has gone wrong but it is of course no excuse. I am happy to say that despite the order being a poor experience, as soon as I contacted Allan/Electripoint to raise my disappointment they responded in an extremely prompt, considerate, apologetic and professional manner. I am very happy with the way this has been resolved, and feel reassured that actually customer service/satisfaction is of utmost important to this company, and that my experience was an unusual circumstance rather than how they normally treat customers.
