Misleading
Stated on the website no payment necessary to secure booking and did not have to be paid until reaching the hotel, and a third of the payment was taken from my account without any notification.

Easy booking process
I never received a final booking confirmation email but when I checked my booking was confirmed so it is all good. Super easy to use and great deals on hotels when booking with flights
