Hi Roderick, we do understand your point, however, as a travel agency, we are subject to the rules and restrictions of the vendors whose services we sell. We act only as an agent for their product and do not have the authority to change their policies. We have also contacted the hotel on your behalf to request for the refund waiver but they have refused to provide the refund for the non-refundable booking. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thanks, ^V.

Very easy to create account, pricing seems very reasonable for the accommodation, naturally we haven't stayed yet as our trip is not till March, so until then we cannot give a 5 star on same.

Can’t fault ebookers. Love the bounus+ loyalty system and if I ever have any trouble, customer service is really helpful.
