User friendly
Choice of hotels was limited for the region I was looking for. Don't advertise special offers useless they are real.

We booked hotel and flight together,ebookers took the booking,when the confirmation email came through only the flights had been booked, not the hotel,I rang ebookers and was told i couldn't cancel...
