Your Kitchener branch has been working within our network to look for alternatives for you. They have offered you another phone at a reduced rate and hope this helps. Also since your purchased an Apple product it is important for you to report your stolen iphone to the police and contact Apple, as they have the “find my phone” application and if it is installed they can help you track it down and protect all your information carried within. When things like this happen we try and help out, but even we are limited on what we can offer as theft is something we cannot account for, nor replace. The team @easyhome #goeasy
