We carefully select and pack all of our plants to ensure they arrive in suitable condition for growing on, so it is disappointing to hear that this was not the case here. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a replacement for the Snowdrop Single-flowered plants originally ordered. However, an alternative replacement was offered and supplied in an effort to resolve the issue.
