thanks for comments. I understand you were worried the order had not been received by Ultimate via the Direct2florist system. And we understand this may cause some stress as to whether the order is being looked after. At D2F we work very hard to notify florists of orders - to this end all orders are instantly passed to the delivering florist electronically via Emails, texts and on the D2F control panel. We also make phone calls to advise members of an order. We work very hard to ensure every order is confirmed on the system. Sometimes a florist may not accept the order - and these are the orders we chase. We are sorry if the order was not accepted as quickly and pleased you were happy with the flowers Ultimate delivered.
