Kate188 excellent member of staff very good answered all my questions.
Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews but Katie188 made me feel very happy. I spoke with her in the morning....she answered all my questions.....asked or found out the answers she didn't know...

It would appear that there was a discrepancy between what was requested online and what was actually required and ultimately booked. The receipt has a complete breakdown of costs as this is an accommodation only booking and is not a package holiday. As no flights have been booked on this reference, no itinerary may be advised. The deposit taken was that agreed and debited to the card. Our aftersales staff have been in contact and will continue to address any issues that you may have.

The above is not accurate.
I have been contacted by your aftersales team and they have promised to resolve the issue.
However consistent with the previous response time (or lack of) they have not responded within the time frame promised

Good all around service on booking
Very pleased with the service received but felt a bit rushed with the booking. No advice given about anything or any other options offered. But the sales rep was very polite and courteous

Wanted to give more....
Placed this review as 'good' because we phoned and was told that someone would phone us back. Three days later we tried again and finally got the call back. From that point on the travel consultant...

I would have no reservations about using them again
They where very helpful, patient and cheerfull. Making sure the all details where right and it was what we wanted. Especially as it was a very busy period.
