I am sorry that you feel as though the process for the declaration of your medical conditions is a complicated one.
If you choose to purchase additional cover for medical conditions, we have a Medical Screening department available to go through this process as efficiently as possible with you and issue you with an additional top up policy to your stand-alone travel insurance.
You can be absolutely sure that should you need to make any claim our claims handlers will provide you with an extremely professional service.

So I write my comments in may and get a reply in August which do not address the complaint that I wasn't allowed to purchase the insurance package I wanted despite already paying the supplement. Pretty poor customer service here Debenhams.
