I can confirm that your policy documentation has been posted to you on the 18/09/2015 which should have reached you by now and is therefore in your possession before you travel, however I do apologise that this had been delayed.

Good support on the telephone, I did get my quote through Top Cash Back but had to telephone through for medical screening, once I had done that I went back to my quote and completed but the cash...
I have only one thing that is a problem you offer free gift cards with your holiday insurance I have used this service 3 times and have never received one why I don't know !
Very poor service awited 3 weeks for somone to return my call, had to chase them up
