my original comments have been justified by the fact that the item reported to be cancelled arrived in the post before the explanation from Daylong as to why the order couldn't be cancelled. I have returned the item to the freepost address given to me by someone in your company and would expect a refund on my credit card. For your information I have purchased this make of stockings on line from another source without any problem.
