Thank you for your reply, however, I haven't yet received the item I purchased on 23rd August and phoned your office on Friday 19th September and the person who answered told me that she was going to give me a call. I am still waiting for it.... no tights and no feedback. I am very disappointed with your service. Can you please let me know what is going on??
