„Dawkes Music“ apžvalgos

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the trombone didn’t arrive in the condition you should expect from a new instrument, and that arranging its return took more of your time than it should have. We had issues with the collection on our side, and we didn’t give you enough notice or communication, which impacted you. Your refund has been processed in full. We’re reviewing how we arrange return collections so customers get proper notice and a time that suits them, and we'll report the instrument that has fallen short of expectations to our suppliers. Apologies again for the inconvenience. Kind regards, Matt Sanders Dawkes Music Sales
