Really liked the old machine and packaging being picked up ... A big deal as he lives in a flat and taking the old cumbersome machine downstairs and trying to get it into the car would be a nightmare...

i sent eight emails to currys to ask to change delivery adress. they never replied to anyone of them.

Free delivery, free removal of old appliance, unpacked and delivered with a smile ! What more could I ask for ?

I would use these people again, but only via the internet. If you buy an item in store, the delivery cost is frightening; totally out of proportion.

Very efficient sales and after sales. Against the competitors Curry's is way in front in terms of customer service and value.
