Thank you for taking the time to share your first experience with us! While we're pleased to see that there were several positive aspects to it - the ordering process, the swift delivery and the style of the collar - we're sorry that the overall fit of the polo shirts was somewhat less fitted than you had hoped. That's a real shame, and obviously not what we'd hope to see, either. Unlike with our formal and casual shirts, we don't offer different fits for the polo shirts, so the only option for a less 'baggy' polo shirt would be to drop down a size - which understandably might not be suitable. We'll reach out to you in any case to offer our assistance with any return or exchange you'd like to make.
