Thank you for taking the time to share your first experience with us! While we're pleased to see that there were several positive aspects to it - the ordering process, the swift delivery and the style of the collar - we're sorry that the overall fit of the polo shirts was somewhat less fitted than you had hoped. That's a real shame, and obviously not what we'd hope to see, either. Unlike with our formal and casual shirts, we don't offer different fits for the polo shirts, so the only option for a less 'baggy' polo shirt would be to drop down a size - which understandably might not be suitable. We'll reach out to you in any case to offer our assistance with any return or exchange you'd like to make.

We're really sorry to see that you haven't had the best experience with our Dark Chocolate High Shine Leather Penny Loafers, which is such a huge shame. We definitely share your disappointment in this regard, as we truly want each and every product we sell to be loved and to be the very best quality possible. These high-quality Loafers are made from 100% European calf leather, made in Portugal, and we expect them to be perfect. We'll be in touch with you shortly to offer further assistance, including with a return if you'd like to make one.
