Thanks for mostly positive comments. Regarding the crickets being two months out of date we can confirm that this was a dating error on our part. Had you contacted us rather than simply post comments and keep what you thought was an out of date product we would have confirmed that the correct date should have read 21.07.19. To that end we would have then offered, by way of an apology, a part refund, replacement product or some freebies. Regarding the 'rubbish feedback form' we suggest you take this matter up with Feefo, our feedback partner, as it is their form, not ours.
