Poor customer service

Needs a telephone contact service. Only contact is by the website which is impossible without a policy number. In desperation I wrote to the parent company and one month later still have no reply.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy. The policy number is optional, you can submit the contact form without it (and just pop it in the free type box) if it is not being accepted. Prima verzekering. Aanvaardbare premie voor uitgebreide dekking.

Claim van de verhuurder (goldcar, kleine kras op velg, aangerekende schade 100 euro) werd correct afgehandeld door Cover4Rentals. Indienen van de claim was wel niet zo eenvoudig. Vergeet niet...
