Thanks for your feedback, my manager, Mike, will be calling you but the Personal Injury is covered under the Liability section for visitors to your Caravan. We opted not to include Personal Injury for the owners as the feedback we had received from customers was they would rather have a reduced premium rather having this "add on" included. if you have any queries please let me know. Should be excellent! however having had to claim for a one in a million caravan fire caused by a faulty transformer I feel a wee bit miffed losing all my no-claims bonus due to no fault of my own.

I totally understand where you are coming from but it is a no claim bonus not a no blame bonus. If your current Insurers managed to recover their outlay from the manufacturer we could look at then giving you back a no claims bonus. Richard
