Thank you for your feedback. The correct premium is £110.00 and by human error, sadly it happens sometimes, the incorrect amount was inputted. As soon as you noticed and contacted us the documents were changed and they are on their way to you showing the correct amounts. There is no excuse but I can only apologise and confirm that this error has now been fixed. Mike, my Cover4 Manager, is going to give you a call too. Telephone calls were polite, clearly spoken and businesslike. Pares arrived as promised and an e-mailed copy was also supplied, promptly, as requested by me.
