We ordered 2 items and was told they were both in stock ready for delivery. Only 1 item was delivered. Delivery team did not have any idea were the 2nd item was, I Called the help line they told us...

The delivery wagon collided with the fence on our drive :-(
It took days for Cousins to agree liability - and I have yet to get the work done ... so don't even know if they will pay out.

Excellent. Great customer service, timely and a good price for a quality product.
If furniture is ordered with an expected delivery date and this time scale is more or less doubled it would be expected that some contact from the store would be made with the customer. In our case...
