It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you regarded this as the trip of a lifetime, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made it even better. We are also pleased that the history commentary on the coach added so much interest, that you found the food great and the hotels good, and that the brisk pace allowed you to see so much and learn a great deal. We appreciate your remark about the minor issue at one hotel, and we are encouraged that it was resolved immediately. It is particularly gratifying that your wife chose to travel with us for a second time, and we are grateful for your recommendation. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the Operations Department, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you both again in the future.

We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director the best you have encountered, and that the Coach Drivers, Local Guides and hotels were all so helpful and knowledgeable. It is also encouraging to know that you enjoyed the new restaurant visited by the group so much, and we appreciate your recommendation that it be considered for future tours. We note your comments that, while you saw a great deal in around sixteen days, you would have welcomed more two-night stays and a little more downtime. We are sorry to learn that illness affected a number of guests on the coach, and we recognise how exhausting a full schedule can become when one is unwell. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.
