We are pleased that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver excellent, and we will ensure that your comments are passed on to them. We understand that the atmosphere at the hotel, which you found loud and overly commercial, together with the quality of some of the restaurants, detracted from your enjoyment of the tour. We will share your observations with our Operations Department, including your concern about the choice of Las Vegas as both the starting and ending point. We appreciate your candour and regret that the trip did not meet your expectations.
