Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to read that you had such a memorable trip and enjoyed seeing the Big Five on multiple occasions. It is also great to read about your experience camping in the Serengeti, including the unforgettable experience of hearing lions outside your tent, as well as meeting the Maasai community. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the balloon safari and are pleased that you felt this was a worthwhile experience. We also understand your preference for smaller groups and your suggestion that eight seater vehicles be used for all safari experiences. We recognise that smaller groups can provide a more personal experience and appreciate you sharing this perspective. Thank you also for your feedback on the night safari and the accommodation options. We appreciate your comments and will ensure your suggestions are shared with the relevant teams for consideration. Thank you for taking the time to share such wonderful feedback about your experience. We are so pleased to read how much you enjoyed your adventure and that the Trip Managers played such an important role in making the experience feel personal and tailored to the group. It is particularly great to read about your wildlife encounters and your memorable sighting of a male lion with a mane. While wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, we understand how special it must have been to have that moment come together during your time in the Serengeti. The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater are truly remarkable destinations, and we are pleased that they left such a lasting impression. Thank you again for choosing Contiki and for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you for this heartfelt account of your trekking experience. We are pleased that the route offered such breathtaking scenery, and that having the mountain largely to yourselves, aside from the final day on the Inca Trail, allowed for a more peaceful and immersive journey. It is encouraging to hear that your Trip Manager's energy, humour, and knowledge left such a lasting impression, and we are equally pleased to note your recommendation of the second Trip Manager as a promising future guide. The contribution of the porters, from the quality of the food to the thoughtful addition of hot water bottles on colder nights, clearly added great warmth to the experience in every sense. Thank you for sharing this with us, and for your generous recommendation.

Thank you for this generous feedback. We are pleased that booking through the website proved a seamless process and that your Trip Manager's knowledge and companionship contributed so positively to the experience. It is encouraging to hear that the free-time add-ons, particularly the bike ride in Nice and the visit to the Eagle's Nest, added such value to your time on the road. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the more compact nature of the accommodation, which is indeed characteristic of a hostel-based tour, and we are grateful to you for taking the time to share this account with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that you had a good overall experience and enjoyed having the opportunity to explore the local cities throughout your trip. We also understand your comments regarding the amount of free time available. While you participated in all of the Free Time Add Ons, we appreciate that you would still have valued additional time to explore independently and experience each destination at your own pace. We recognise that having a good balance between organised activities and personal time can make a significant difference to the overall experience. Thank you again for choosing Contiki and for sharing your feedback. Your comments regarding the balance of free time will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration.

Thank you for this generous account of your trip to Peru. We are pleased that the booking process proved straightforward, and that having advance notice of the hotels at the beginning and end of the trip allowed you to arrange additional accommodation with ease. It is encouraging to hear that the pace of activities, despite the early starts, made for such a rewarding experience, and that the suggested restaurants and the hike at Rainbow Mountain proved particularly memorable, with views that lived up to the occasion. Thank you for this balanced feedback on your Rockies trip. We are pleased that the beauty of the region, the Trip Manager's contribution, and the company of fellow travellers made for a positive overall experience. We do take your comments regarding the pace of the itinerary and the cancellation of certain activities and transfers, and we recognise the frustration this disorganisation would have caused. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and it is encouraging to know that you would consider travelling with Contiki again in the future.
