The service was slow to deliver, the delivery date was vague and no delivery time o the delivery date was offered.
Realise this is a new project for CPL but it needs to be more customer focused.
Dreadful customer service.Placed order 4 weeks ago and still waiting.
Was told of slight delay a couple of days after I ordered but no communication since. I’ve emailed 3 times but have had no reply.
