I waited weeks for delivery and had to cancel in the end. To be fair I was refunded immediately. They said there was a shortage of coal in my area but I had a local company deliver 100kg the very...
Not impressed. Delivery took over three weeks.Emailed customer service twice, who weren't that helpful.
