With reference to your specific case there were in fact two applications which we advised upon. The first a residential purchase which progressed very smoothly to offer and completion.The second application was a specialist, complex buy to let application – all applications of this nature are subject to full underwriting and the lender’s discretion and as such are never guaranteed to progress to offer. Whilst I understand your disappointment with the end result, I can assure you we did everything possible to progress the second application with the same professionalism as the first.

Initially they were in regular contact but after a while getting hold of them on the phone was almost impossible. They should improve alot on that aspect. In general they provided me a good service.
