Thank you for providing feedback as to the service you have received. I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed. Sometimes, medical experts can make factual inaccuracies within the report which is why the reports are always sent to you for checking. Unfortunately, that is outside of our control as Solicitors acting on your behalf. However, I cannot locate you asking for any reports to be amended but rather, an addendum report was prepared by the expert following review of your completed medical notes and records after your physiotherapy treatment had been completed. We take all comments made seriously and I have passed your feedback back to the department. Wishing you all the best for the future.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We take all comments made very seriously. I note that you instructed the firm on 31.12.15 and you accepted an offer made by the Defendant within 6 months. Unfortunately, your case did take a little extra time because the Defendant insurers did not admit liability for your accident until April 2016. Your claim settled at the end of June 2016. The time in which the Defendant insurers have to respond is set by the court and is outside of our control, although we do all I can to pursue claims as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and I have passed your comments back to our team. Wishing you all the best for the future.
