Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear that the trousers did not meet your expectations, particularly when compared to a previous pair that you were so pleased with. We understand how disappointing it is when a product you've trusted in the past differs in quality or fit, despite being the same size. We also appreciate your comments regarding online shopping and the difficulties you've experienced with sizing across different purchases. We understand your frustration, especially after finding that the new trousers were not suitable and choosing not to return them. Your feedback about the quality, fit, and manufacturing differences is valuable and will be shared with our product team for review. Thank you again for your honest comments, and we're sorry that this experience has left you disappointed.
