Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching our Customer Services team and that your call was disconnected while you were waiting to speak with someone. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you then experienced a delay in receiving a response to your email. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team as we continue to work on improving our customer support experience. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your review. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the error with your order. We're very sorry that you received a size 8 when you had ordered a size 10, and we completely understand your frustration and disappointment. Had we been made aware of the issue, we could have arranged a free-of-charge collection on this occasion and helped resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible. We regret that this option was not taken and that you felt unable to use the item yourself. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant team to help prevent similar issues in the future. We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.
