Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with both your refund and delivery. We understand your frustration regarding the £27.00 charge and the delay in receiving your refund after returning the items to the Evri collection point at Asda Eastleigh on 6 July. We can confirm that a full refund of £27.00 was processed on 15 July. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear on your credit card account, depending on your card provider. We also appreciate how disappointing it was to experience delivery delays and a missed collection after you had arranged to wait in on the scheduled day. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your comments regarding both the refund process and Evri's service have been noted and will be shared with the appropriate teams for review. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
