„Chums“ apžvalgos

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of the trousers you recently purchased. We appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and I understand your disappointment when the product did not meet your expectations. I am also sorry that you did not receive an email update regarding your return. This is unusual, as our normal process is to send an automatic email notification as soon as a return is scanned and processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it appears that this notification was not received. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment caused by both the quality of the item and the absence of the return update email. We value your feedback, as it helps us monitor both our products and service standards.
