Delighted to hear this

Thank you for taking the time to feed this information back to us, its very much appreciated, we do try very hard to match the colours as closely as possible to the actual garment on the website, but on rare occassions we do get this wrong, we find that our size chart is historic for being generously sized, if you wish to reorder the Jacket may i suggest the XL size, you can still return using our Free returns label if you are still not completely satisfied.

Much appreciated.

Fantastic, great to hear you are happy with both service and products.

Many Thanks

Glad to hear you are happy

Many thanks for your feedback. Thanks for pointing out this error. I will be liaising with our warehouse to have the labels all checked on this item. Mistakes of this nature are rare so I do hope you reconsider about ordering in the near future.

I am sorry to hear the original item was out of stock. If the substitute is not suitable we do enclose a free label to return your goods back. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I can only apologise you receive more than one catalogue. The reason for this is registering as a new customer when ordering on our website. I have now rectified this for you. You will only receive one catalogue per mailing. Sorry to hear the item purchased was not suitable.

I am sorry to hear the substituted item was not suitable. I have refunded your postage charge for the inconvenience caused. Many Thanks
