Our renewal documents state payments by credit card may attract a surcharge. We also provide alternate options which don’t attract a fee.Happy to discuss further on 1300 289 248.

Hi Peter I have reviewed the original quote request. Upon review, it appears the system correctly triggered a referral due to a response to one of the questions. This in turn required an underwriter review the request. The quote was subsequently approved and released will all relevant documents attached. Once again, thank you for your feedback.
