The bed was delivered quickly and I was kept well informed about the delivery options and time. The bed itself takes a while to assemble and it's definitely a two people's job, but it looks amazing...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, We are sorry that you are not happy with the service you have received, we are sorry that you were not informed of the delay in your delivery and apologise for the delays you had in receiving your order, as your postcode is classed as a remote postcode area this excludes the 10 working days as we have to use a haulage company to complete the delivery the rest of it's journey to you.
We do apologise for the problems incurred and any inconvenience this may have caused.
