Do not even deserve the one star! Not only was delivery poor the product is cheap and rubbish! Completely over priced and a pain to put together I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews on this...

Thank you for your review. I can confirm that the Grace Day Bed is one of our best sellers and it's very rare that we come across any problems with this bed frame. With regards to the request to return, this was requested by yourself on the basis that the bed was 'unopened' and no longer required. We were happy to authorise a return back to us, however this would be at your cost, and on receipt, we would gladly refund the value of your order.

Thank you for your positive review. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some problems with the Memphis Midsleeper Bed, which is surprising as it's one of our best sellers. We are pleased however that the mattress met your expectations.
Product was good. Delivery was quick however after ordering they sent an email saying how if we weren't in when they delivered they'd charge us but not giving a specific day when they'd deliver...

Ordered 2 beds. The first arrived and with no issues. The 2nd was a stompa bed and after ordering I was told that a separate company arranges delivery. Sadly the company only deliver on certain days...
