Bed is very good quality, it does take about 7 hours to put up. But it’s well worth it my son loves it.

From start to delivery was A1 service. Only issues is that one hole hasn't been drilled in to the frame, and i believe there should be more washers used for the bolts in place.

This company sold me a faulty bed and refused to issue a replacement or refund. It’s been months and I’m still chasing a resolution. Please don’t waste your money here.

Took over a week for delivery some of the boxes were burst open and dented. The bunks ain't perfect had to repair one part due to damage disappointed would of sent them back if I had the time and did...

The instructions are a bit unclear because the hundredths of different pieces and screws appear drawn (no realistic) in black and white and the bags are not identified so you need to waste like 1/2...

I can confirm that the Trasman Pod Solo Gaming High Sleeper bed is one of our best selling best frames but appreciate that there are occasions where problems do occur during assembly for such a large bed frame. We have been in touch to offer to replace parts which I hope will help you assist in completing the build.
My daughter loves it. The extra shelf storage at the top is great! Good size and well made. Quick delivery, no problems.
