Thank you for your response to the service which you received. We hope that the wedding abroad was a wonderful experience for you and are sorry to hear you were not able to wear one of our dresses. With regards to your order placed with us unfortunately as it was received on the 10 September 2015 it was returned to you due to being returned to us out side of our 14 day return policy. With your order being returned on the 3 November 2015 our returns team was not able to accept this return. We do apologise if any inconvenience had been caused.

We looked into the details of the order and are very unhappy that the service provided to you was not in a timely manner. The order was returned to us due to a delivery issue with the country of destination. A refund was issued in full on the order to you and do apologise for any inconvenience or confusion caused with the return of the order.
