Thank you for your review. I am sad to see you ordered a chair that we do not advise has lumber support as this is a simple mesh backed model with no lumber support fitted as detailed. I do understand after our telecom that this was your budget and that you did not want to pay the extra for the lumber support. Jamie Welch
